SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped via Canada Post within three business days after you place your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your Baby Goods have been shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for customs or brokerage charges incurred on parcels traveling outside of Canada. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us.

Please allow approximately 2 to seven days of shipping time to most major Canadian centers. Orders to the US generally take 6 to twelve days to arrive. Shipping times for international orders range from 4 to six weeks. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Nursing pillows are charged a flat rate of $12.00 shipping each, due to their size.

PAYMENT

At the moment all of our orders are processed through PayPal, a third party online payment company. If you choose to create your own PayPal account you can pay using your credit card, debit card and or bank account. You may also choose to pay with your credit card through PayPal, without having to create an account. PayPal's online transactions are a trusted and secure method of payment. Orders shipped within Ontario will be charged 6% GST and 8% PST. Orders shipped to Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick are subject to 14% HST. All other Canadian orders will be charge 6% GST. International orders are tax exempt.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Good Baby Baby Goods does not return or refund products, other than defective or damaged items, due to health and safety reasons.

Defective or Damaged Orders

In the case of defective products (beyond the expected 'hand-made' imperfections), or products damaged through shipping, we will replace the item within 30 days from the date shipped. Just send the unused item back, along with the packing slip and a written explanation for the reason of the return, to the address listed below:
